AN OPEN LETTER TO COLLEGE GRADUATES
So, you're a college graduate...and you're looking
for a job. How can you tell if Ellin & Tucker is the right

Ultimately, we both have to answer that question.

If you've studied our web site (it's a good
sign if you have), you know our business is helping other
businesses succeed. That requires hard work. If it means longer
hours on certain days, that's what we do. But we also know
you have a life. So we allow a certain amount of flexibility
in arranging your work schedule so you can keep Ellin &
Tucker, your home and personal life in better balance.
As far as a career ladder goes, we don't build
the ladder. You do. Where you go is determined by your own
initiative and willingness to work. All we can say is we are
a highly respected, successful firm, and the opportunities
are here if you want them.
If you're thinking, "Don't these
guys ever lighten up?" we're glad you asked. Our work
environment is about as family-friendly as it can get--and
it's not uncommon to find us hanging out in after-hours spots,
discussing anything but work.
