The Tax Department of Ellin & Tucker has experienced tremendous growth in the real estate industry over the past five years. As a result, we are continuing to expand our Real Estate Tax Service Team in the Baltimore Office.

The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant with experience handling real estate tax engagements for developers, managers and investors. Tax research skills would be a definite advantage for this position.

TAX DEPARTMENT

The Tax Department of Ellin & Tucker has opportunities available for entry-level accountants in our Baltimore office.

Ellin & Tucker is a premier accounting, tax and business consulting firm within the Mid-Atlantic region with offices in Baltimore, Frederick, Belcamp, Maryland and Washington, D.C. The Tax Department provides complete tax service, which includes not only the preparation of Federal, State and local tax returns but business and personal tax planning as well. Tax professionals assist clients in planning their operations and develop strategies to minimize taxes.

Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting and at least a 3.0 Grade Point Average. The candidate should also be actively working towards meeting the 150 hour requirement for the CPA exam. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and have strong organizational and analytical skills.
