Ellin & Tucker is proud to serve an impressive list of health, charity, arts, and other non-profit organizations in the Baltimore-Washington area. While we meet all traditional accounting, auditing and tax compliance needs, our real focus is on helping these organizations succeed as businesses. Because, unless that happens, a non-profit cannot successfully accomplish its mission.
Some areas of emphasis include maintaining a correct balance between fund raising expenses and total operating costs, complying with all procedures necessary to qualify for government grants and other forms of funding and, in the case of some non-profits, being aware of income-generating activities that may incur tax liability.
