Aileen M. Eskildsen is a Principal and the Professional Development Coordinator with Ellin & Tucker, Chartered.  In this position, Aileen oversees the career development of our professionals with one to six years of experience.  She directs the firm’s continuing education, training and mentoring programs to ensure that our professionals are receiving the support they need to develop technically and as professionals.  Aileen is also responsible for the firm’s Recruiting Committee which focuses on the recruitment of accounting professionals from area universities.

Aileen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Towson University.
