David Bloch is a Principal in the Forensic and Valuation Services Group of E&T. A former Federal prosecutor with the United States Department of Justice and former Assistant Chief Litigation Counsel in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Division of Enforcement, David has extensive experience working with counsel and providing forensic assistance in highly complex financial fraud disputes and Federal criminal tax matters. He additionally teams with counsel in matters before the SEC, including assisting with complex accounting analysis and preparation of Wells submissions.
David received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The American University and a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to the District of Columbia, New York, and Florida bars. David is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni (ASECA) and the SEC Historical Society. |
