X3609 David Bogus is a Manager in E&T’s Business Valuation/Forensic and Litigation Services Group. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers and a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor who specializes in the financial valuation of business enterprises, fractional business interests, intangible assets, limited liability company interests, and general and limited partnership interests. David also has experience and has performed valuations in various areas of business valuation including the areas of litigation support, intangible asset and intellectual property, financial reporting, option and warrant valuation, employee stock ownership plans, estate and gift tax, buy-sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, goodwill impairment testing, professional practice valuations, and private debt and equity placements. David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resources Management from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. |
