X3030 Ed Brager is a Director in the Audit, Accounting and Consulting Department of E&T and Chairperson of the firm's Construction Services Group. Ed is in charge of engagements for many of the firm's construction clients and is responsible for providing these clients with consulting, audit, tax planning and compliance services. His construction industry expertise includes heavy highway, bridge, utility, mechanical, electrical, sheet metal, excavating, paving, fire and sprinkler, glass and general commercial contractors. His industry experience in other areas includes manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and physician groups. Ed has extensive experience in assisting companies in financially troubled situations and providing crisis management services. He is often called upon by financial institutions and surety companies for consultation. Ed is a graduate of the University of Baltimore where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. |
