X3035 Randy Respess is a Principal in the Tax Department of E&T. In addition to working with clients to advise them on tax ramifications of business transactions, Randy is responsible for tax compliance for those businesses and their owners. He also uses his broad experience in highly complicated, public company transactions and operations to advise business clientele on the tax opportunities of their business and individual transactions. Randy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Loyola College in Maryland. |
