X3033 Kristin King is a Principal in the Tax Department of E&T. Kristin’s responsibilities include tax planning and consulting for both corporate and individual clients. She has extensive hands-on experience with tax compliance, planning, and consulting for a variety of clients including manufacturing, service, and construction companies, as well as business owners and high net worth individuals. Throughout her career, Kristin’s clients have included both publicly held companies and small, closely held businesses. Her experience includes construction industry and multi-state taxation issues, and she is knowledgeable in transactional tax work including acquisitions and liquidations. Kristin is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Baltimore where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Kristin later earned a Master of Science degree in Taxation from the same university. |
