X3017 Larry Pullen is a Manager in the Business Valuation/Forensic and Litigation Services Group of E&T. Larry has spent the majority of his career in the field of business valuation and litigation support. He has also earned the Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified Valuation Analyst certifications. Larry has qualified as an expert witness in several litigation cases related to divorce engagements. He has valued numerous ownership interests in privately held entities owning real estate and various other investments, as well as ownership interests in businesses operating in a variety of industries. These valuations were completed for many different purposes, including the purchase or sale of a business interest, buy-sell agreements, estate and gift tax planning/reporting, divorce litigation, and other matters. In addition, Larry has provided attorney case assistance to facilitate the discovery process, develop case strategy, and analyze experts’ positions. Larry is a graduate of the University of Maryland where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. |
