E&T has earned a national reputation for its business
valuation expertise, and the senior members of the BVFLS Group
are considered leaders in this area. The group is actively
involved in national business valuation organizations, and
our members are frequently called upon to serve as speakers
at national and regional conferences. All senior members of
the team hold professional designations as one of the following:
Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Accredited in Business
Valuation (ABV), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) or Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA).

witnesses before judges, juries and arbitrators in state,
Federal and international courts. The Group is recognized
for its ability to communicate the findings of complex valuations
in an understandable manner and analyzing and exposing
weaknesses in the opposition's expert reports. We generally
perform these services for shareholder disputes and derivative
actions, business commercial and contract litigation, intellectual
property actions, family law, bankruptcy and reorganization
and federal gift and estate tax disputes.
